Jeetbuzz KYC & AML Policy

This Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy explains how the platform carries out identity check and ID verification for users in Pakistan. The policy sets out the security measures used to help prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crime, while supporting user safety, fair play, and account protection.

Purpose of KYC & AML

The platform applies KYC and AML controls to confirm the identity of each account holder, prevent fraud, and reduce the risk of financial crime in line with relevant regulatory requirements in Pakistan. These measures support responsible gaming, protect personal data, and promote transparency for all users.

The KYC and AML framework is designed to provide:

  • Fair play for all users, based on verified and genuine accounts
  • User safety through early detection of suspicious activity and misuse
  • Transparency in how identity check and transaction monitoring are carried out
  • Compliance with AML, counter-terrorism financing, and reporting obligations
  • Account protection through strict access and document submission procedures

KYC Requirements and Identity Check

Every new user is required to complete ID verification before full access to gaming and payment features is provided. Additional identity check and document submission may also be requested at any time to comply with ongoing regulatory requirements or to clarify suspicious activity.

The platform may request one or more of the following document categories:

  • Government-issued photo identification, such as a valid national identity card, passport, or similar official ID
  • Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document showing the user’s name and address
  • Confirmation of payment method ownership, such as evidence that the bank account, card, mobile wallet, or other instrument belongs to the account holder
  • Additional personal data or supporting documents when needed to complete enhanced due diligence or resolve inconsistencies

AML Measures and Transaction Monitoring

The platform operates a structured AML and counter-terrorism financing framework that includes ongoing transaction monitoring and account review to detect and prevent money laundering or illegal activity. Security measures are aligned to Pakistan-focused regulatory requirements and good practice for online betting and gaming services.

Key AML and CTF security measures include:

  • Continuous monitoring of deposits, withdrawals, bets, and transfers to identify patterns of suspicious activity
  • Automated detection rules and alerts to flag unusual behaviour or irregular use of payment methods
  • Enhanced due diligence for higher-risk users, complex cases, or transactions above defined thresholds
  • Detailed review of large, rapid, or unusual transfers that do not match a user’s known gaming profile
  • Risk scoring of accounts and transactions to focus attention on higher-risk situations
  • Screening of users against international sanctions lists and politically exposed person (PEP) databases where applicable
  • Timely reporting to relevant authorities when required by AML or counter-terrorism financing laws and other reporting obligations

Prohibited Activities Supporting KYC & AML

Certain actions are not permitted on the platform, as they undermine KYC and AML controls, user safety, and regulatory compliance. Any such conduct may be treated as suspicious activity and may trigger further checks or reporting.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Opening or using multiple accounts for the same individual in order to avoid identity check or AML controls
  • Providing forged, altered, stolen, or otherwise invalid documents during document submission
  • Attempting to use the platform to move or layer funds that may originate from illegal or unverified sources
  • Manipulating systems, payment flows, or gaming features to disguise the true source or ownership of funds
  • Sharing, transferring, renting, or selling account access or login details to any third party
  • Using payment instruments, bank accounts, or wallets that belong to another person, or that are not in the name of the verified account holder
  • Misrepresenting identity, personal data, or beneficial ownership of funds or payment methods

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Breach of this KYC and AML Policy, refusal to cooperate in ID verification or document submission, or involvement in suspicious activity may lead to enforcement measures in line with platform rules and applicable laws in Pakistan.

Consequences can include temporary or permanent account suspension, freezing or confiscation of funds linked to suspicious activity, cancellation of bets or winnings, reporting to competent authorities where applicable.

User Responsibilities for KYC, AML and Account Protection

Each user is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal data when registering and during any later identity check. Users must complete KYC and ID verification steps within the time frames communicated by the platform, and must respond promptly to any request for additional documents or clarification. Only payment methods owned and controlled by the verified account holder may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Users are expected to monitor their own accounts regularly, report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to customer support without delay, and follow responsible gaming guidelines provided on the site. Failure to cooperate or to keep information current may restrict access to services or delay payments until verification is completed.

Fair Play and Transparency Commitments

The platform maintains a strong focus on fair play and transparency to support user safety, responsible gaming, and long-term trust in its services. KYC and AML controls are applied consistently so that all users in Pakistan are subject to the same standards and security measures.

Core principles include:

  • Adherence to KYC, AML, and counter-terrorism financing standards that are relevant for online betting and gaming in Pakistan
  • Protection of personal data collected during registration, identity check, and document submission, subject to privacy and data retention policies
  • Ongoing monitoring of accounts and transactions to identify and respond to suspicious activity promptly
  • Prevention of manipulation, collusion, or abusive behaviour that could affect fair play or distort outcomes
  • Providing access to support channels for questions about security measures, KYC, AML, and account protection
  • Promoting a shared responsibility model in which both the platform and users contribute to a safe and compliant environment
  • Applying the same rules and conditions to all users, subject to risk-based AML requirements, so that treatment remains consistent and transparent
